Day one of my new blog...
I'm recovering from a bunion and second toe and ligaments op. Sounds trivial but it's grounded me. I have some light dumb bells and a fitness mat. I lay down on the mat to do some abdominals and ran out of puff after about five reps. I tried to get up but couldn't. I lay there like a tortoise on its back wondering if anyone would find me...
I managed to roll onto my pot belly then onto my knees and pfff..up I stood. I limped off to the biscuit tin. Day one of recuperative workout completed.
